Terms of use

What PointsUser is

A dashboard that shows what your loyalty points are worth and where they can take you. It is information, not financial or travel advice, and it is not affiliated with any airline, hotel, bank or with AwardWallet.

Prices and deals

Award prices come from each program's published charts or typical observed levels, and are marked with a verification date and a confidence marker (~). They are not a promise that a seat or room is available at that price. Always confirm on the airline or hotel's own site before booking. Credit card offers are described as published and can change; check the issuer's terms before applying.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. Only connect loyalty accounts you own. You may close your account at any time in Settings → Delete your account, or by emailing info@pointsuser.com.

Liability

PointsUser is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown here, for changes made by loyalty programs, or for interruptions to the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
